In a meeting attended by no less than three staff from the Lancaster County Planning Department’s Land Use & Transportation Team, as well as a Mount Joy Borough Council Member, the Lancaster County Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee received a presentation from the Lancaster Active Transportation Plan (ATP), offering findings that, “110 comments and an impressive turnout at the public open house” was evidence of community support for PennDOT Project #96330.
